What you provide

The audit form asks for your business name, website, contact name, email, primary service, and optionally your phone number and notes. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or private customer records.

How it is used

Your information is used to review your request, prepare a public-information audit, and contact you about the audit and any services you choose to discuss. An audit request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where requests are stored

Requests are stored privately in the site's WordPress administration area for authorized review. They may be copied into Empower's local operating system for follow-up. Site hosting, routine security controls, and your chosen email provider may process information needed to provide their services.

Retention and your choices

We review unconverted inquiries for removal after 90 days unless an active conversation or another business requirement calls for retention. Contact hello@empowerlabsvb.com to ask about, correct, or request removal of your inquiry information.

Measurement

The new audit form does not add advertising pixels, sell contact information, or send field contents to analytics. The existing WordPress host may provide site statistics and security processing. Any future advertising or analytics configuration should be described here before activation.
